A group of past stars to celebrate the 30th Golden Gala

A group of big italian and foreign athletes of the past will attend the Golden Gala at the Olympic Stadium on Thursday 10th June to celebrate the three decades of the meeting. The list of athletes who have confirmed their presence to the meeting are, among others Moses Kiptanui (Kenya, world record holder in the 5000 metres in 1995), Heike Drechsler (Germany, olympic champion in the long jump), Colin Jackson (Great Britain, former 110 metres hurdles world record holder and world champion), Javier Sotomayor (Cuba, high jump world record holder), Livio Berruti (200 metres olympic champion in Rome 1960), Gabriella Dorio (1500 metres olympic champion in Los Angeles 1984).
