Bolt will not take part to the Golden Gala 2014

 Luigi D’Onofrio, the Meeting Director of the Roman leg of the IAAF Diamond League, confirmed this morning: “We have been informed of the problems of Usain some days ago – said D’Onofrio – and we have been following with concern the evolution of the story, because of the agreement we had with his management. At the end, we received the news that Bolt will miss Rome’s leg of the IAAF Diamond League, the first one he had decided to take part to. It’s obvious, we are sorry about this, even if we are sure that the Golden Gala Pietro Mennea will be keeping the traditional high standard”.
