The Organizing Committee of the Golden Gala Pietro Mennea communicates that the Olympic Champion Marcell Jacobs won't be part of the 100m race to be held in Florence on Friday, in the third leg of the Wanda Diamond League 2023. The decision has been taken this evening by the athlete's staff together with FIDAL Medical Department, and communicated to the Organizing Team. The recovery of Jacobs from the problem emerged last week is not yet completed.
